Ceramics

  • Since Lucy Park is a one-woman studio, all ceramic purchases, both objects and dinnerware, are final sale. I cannot accommodate returns, refunds, or cancellations. Thank you for understanding.

  • If there is breakage in your shipment, please contact info@lucypark.co and we will sort out a replacement.

Pants

  • Exchanges or returns are welcome on the Everyday Pant within 10 days (postmarked) of delivery date. After 10 days all sales are final. Pants must be undamaged, unworn, and returns must include original receipts and tags.

  • Please note that return shipping and re-shipment is not covered by Lucy Park and is the customer’s responsibility. A shipping label can be created and emailed to you and this amount will be invoiced prior to sending the shipping label along with the shipping for the exchanged item.

CARE

Ceramics

  • All Lucy Park ceramics are handmade, making each piece unique.

  • Some variation in glaze color, glaze coverage, and shape of the piece is to be expected.This variation adds to the beauty of handmade ceramics.

  • All Lucy Park ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe. Please avoid the oven.

  • Looking for the perfect stack of your shape plates? Sometimes a quick rotation of a plate or two will align things nicely.

Pants

  • Hand wash, or machine wash inside out or in a delicates bag, to protect the ceramic cord ends.

  • Lay flat or hang to dry.

SHIPPING

  • All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created.

  • Lucy Park is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer.

PACKAGING

Ceramics

  • Shipping ceramics safely requires a lot of packaging. Lucy Park ceramics are shipped in recyclable paper boxes, with recyclable corrugated cardboard, biodegradable packing peanuts, and paper tape. As an effort to eliminate waste, you might find reused bubble wrap or other materials in your packaging.

  • Items are shipped using recycled paper shipping labels which use a recycle-compatible adhesive.

Pants

  • The Everyday Pant is wrapped in curbside recyclable naturally biodegradable glassine bags.

  • There are no paper hangtags, safety pins, or plastic pieces used in the branding materials.

  • Pants ship in curbside recyclable, compostable, 100% recycled paper mailers with recycled paper shipping labels which use a recycle-compatible adhesive.
